Pyroxamine Ingredients

The Pyroxamine Ingredients / Label.

Pyroxamine is a potent weight loss supplement which focuses on providing intense focus and energy, as well as incredible fat burning properties.

Myokem, the company that designed it, clearly put a lot of effort into the formulation.

The formula includes some of the most cutting edge ingredients available, and they were all cherry picked to work in synergy with each other.

Its formula is made up of two ingredient complexes:

High Energy Matrix

The High Energy Matrix is a combination of ten ingredients, and is the star of the show with Pyroxamine.

Each of the ingredients promote cognitive performance, energy, and most of all — focus.

Caffeine Anhydrous

Everyone’s familiar with caffeine, probably because it’s the most commonly used drug in the world.

Most of us know it as a stimulant, but it offers much more.

  • It increases muscular strength
  • It improves endurance
  • It enhances cognitive functions such as memory, reaction time, and concentration

Many times, people ask if caffeine anhydrous works the same way as coffee.

Interestingly enough, it’s been found that coffee is actually less effective in terms of its ergogenic benefits.

It’s worth it to mention, Pyroxamine has a relatively low amount of caffeine. Don’t be fooled though, more caffeine isn’t necessarily better, usually it just equates to more side effects.[1,2,3,4]

L-Theanine

L-Theanine is a nootropic agent, as it’s been shown to improve focus, short-term memory, and learning.

Its primary role in Pyroxamine is to take the “edge” off of the other ingredients. With it, there’s no crash, no jitters, and no anxiety.

Essentially, it allows the energy complex to do its job while keeping you calm and relaxed – no jitters here!.

Citicholine Sodium

Choline and Huperzine A increase Acetylcholinesterase Activity

More choline and huperzine A = more acetylcholine = more focus!

Another common name for citicholine, is CDP Choline.

It has the amazing ability to cross the blood-brain-barrier. Which allows it to effectively reach the central nervous system.

Similar to other forms of choline, citicholine aids dozens of neurotransmitters, which ultimately improves cognitive performance.

In Pyroxamine, citicholine is used as a catalyst to ensure that the other nootropic ingredients work effectively.[10]

Theobromine

Theobromine is one of the active components in cacao, or chocolate.

Similar to caffeine, it’s part of the family of compounds known as methylxanthines. Methylxanthines can easily cross the blood brain barrier.

Once it reaches the CNS, it can promote arousal, improve mood, and enhance concentration.

It also works as a fat burner, because it’s an adenosine antagonist. Adenosine antagonists are capable of stimulating fat loss, or lipolysis.

Furthermore, it’s useful for cardio because it improves lung function by acting as a bronchodilator.[11]

Hordenine

Hordenine is predominately found in grains and grasses, such as alfalfa and barley.

It’s popular for its ability to act as a stimulant and improve energy levels.

It accomplishes this by releasing stores of norepinephrine that your body would otherwise try to preserve.[12,13]

N-Methyltyramine

NMT is an αblocker. αblockers act as stimulants because they signal for the release of noradrenaline.

Not only that, but αblockers have been thoroughly studied for their effects on fat loss. It’s been proven that they stimulate lipolysis.

Basically, NMT will give you energy and kick start the fat-burning process.[14,15,16,17]

Higenamine

Higenamine is also known as noroclaurine. It’s classified as a β-agonist, which means it acts as a fat burner.

It’s especially beneficial for cardio, because it improves lung function. It also has positive inotropic properties, meaning, it stimulates and strengthens cardiac activity.[18,19,20,21,22]

Huperzine A

Huperzia serrata extract contains the potent nootropic compound, huperzine A.[23,24,25]

It’s sold over the counter as a brain booster because of its ability to improve cognitive performance.[26,27]

Despite the fact that it’s incredibly potent, huperzine A is fairly underrated, probably because of its extreme cost, and by extreme I’m talking around $2000 per kilo.[28,29,30]

Black pepper extract

Speaking of underrated, black pepper may be one of the most commonly used spices, but most of it’s benefits aren’t often recognized.[31,32,33]

  • It regulates key hormones such as insulin and leptin
  • It “turns off” fat genes
  • It enhances digestion and absorption

After seeing the benefits in list form, it’s easy to see why we’ve been using black pepper for thousands of years.[34,35,36,37]

Rauwolscine

Rauwolfia vomitoria extract is rich in rauwolscine, otherwise known as alpha yohimbine.

Rauwolscine is an αblocker, so it works through the same mechanism as NMT and other αblockers.

Accelerated Lipo-Regulating Matrix

The second ingredient matrix was designed to induce fat loss.

Each of the five ingredients attack fat through their own pathways, however, they were specifically chosen because they complement one another.

Caralluma fimbriata

Caralluma is an edible cactus. It’s traditionally been used by Native Americans as an appetite suppressant.[39,40,41,42]

Modern science has verified its benefits through extensive research. One study in particular proved that it was effective enough at suppressing appetite, that the subjects noticed a reduction in waist circumference.

As a matter of fact, it’s so potent that scientific literature commonly recognizes it as an anti-obesity agent[43,44,45]

Olive leaf extract

The benefits of olive leaf extract on blood glucose levels

Olive leaf extract is phenomenal for fat loss. It’s active components oleic acid, oleuropein, and hydroxytyrosol are some of the most well studied fat loss agents on the market.[46,47,48,49,50]

It has quite the list of benefits:[51,52,53,54]

  • It reduces inflammation
  • It improves metabolic function
  • It offers powerful antioxidant protection
  • It creates an anabolic environment in the body
  • It ignites thermogenesis

Basically, olive leaf extract helps you burn fat, while simultaneously preserving lean mass.[55,56,57,58]

Bacopa monniera extract

Bacopa monnieri is a perennial plant that’s predominately used in Ayurvedic medicine. It’s traditionally been categorized as a plant that “assists the mind, and enhances awareness.”[59,60,61]

Numerous studies support the cognitive performance enhancing effects demonstrated by Bacopa, particularly memory and attention.[62,63,64]

Grains of Paradise extract

The technical name for Grains of Paradise is aframomum melegueta.

It’s closely related to ginger, and much like ginger it’s an excellent thermogenic. Studies have shown that it’s thermic effect is great enough to cause weight loss.

Furthermore, it’s been suggested by a number of researchers that Grains of Paradise have an anti-estrogen effect[65,66,67]

Evodia rutaecarpa extract

The active compound in evodia is called evodiamine.[68]

Namely, it’s used for its intense thermic effect. It’s been acknowledged over and over, as an effective way to treat and prevent obesity.[69,70,71]

It’s frequently compared with capsaicin, because they work through similar mechanisms.[72,73,74]

Conclusion

Pyroxamine is a pre-workout powerhouse.

Not only will it help you slice through your fat loss goals, but it will energize you both physically and mentally, without making you feel “cracked out”.

Don’t underestimate it though, Pyroxamine is POWERFUL.
